改革以来,我国汽车工业企业在联合的基础上,相继建立了二汽集团、一汽集团和重汽集团。然而,真正规范化的企业集团尚未产生。这就要对汽车工业企业组织进行改造和重组,使之脱胎出有质变意义的新企业组织形态,推动我国汽车工业的发展。一、企业集团的规范化企业集团与一般的企业横向联合体的主要区别在于它是一个拥有紧密核心层的多层次的企业联合组织。这个核心层是实行人财物、供产销统一管理,资产经营一体化的经济实体。从这个意义上概括起来说,汽车集团
