将尽可能多的典型电气元器件组合在一个小系统中并能贴近工业实际以利学生掌握理解一直都是电工技能培训的一个重要课题。在某型合金冶炼过程中,需要将一种金属丝匀速送进熔炉并精确控制所送入金属丝的重量,为此我们采用了由PLC、文本显示器、变频器、编码器等构成的闭环控制系统,鉴于此系统融合了众多典型的通用电气控制元器件,同时结构简单,又涉及到先进的“通用智能机器语言”——Modbus通讯,我们将其应用于电工技能实训教学中,也得到了良好的效果。
It has always been an important topic for electrical skill training to combine as many typical electrical components as possible in a small system and to be close to industrial realities so as to facilitate students’ understanding. In a certain type of alloy smelting process, a wire needs to be fed into the furnace at a constant speed and the weight of the wire fed into it is precisely controlled. For this reason, we adopt a closed-loop control consisting of a PLC, a text display, a frequency converter and an encoder System, in view of the system incorporates a large number of typical general electrical control components, at the same time simple structure, but also involves the advanced “General Intelligent Machine Language ” - Modbus communication, we apply it to electrical engineering skills training teaching, Also got good results.
