一、顺利通过“一读”6月21日上午,十届全国人大第十次会议对新的企业破产法(草案)进行首次审议,顺利通过“一读”。全国人大财经委副主任委员贾志杰就《企业破产法》草案作了说明。贾志杰指出了草案的六个指导思想,即：适应建立社会主义市场经济体制和加入世贸组织的要求,结合国际经验与中国国情以应对现阶段实际需要；统一适用于各类企业组织；建立优胜劣汰和陷入困境企业的挽救制度；公平保护破产案件各方当事人的利益；充分保障职工合法权益；维护破产法律制
I. Smoothly passed “First Reading” On the morning of June 21, the Tenth NPC held its first review of the new Enterprise Bankruptcy Law (draft) and successfully passed the First Reading. Jia Zhijie, vice chairman of the Financial and Economic Committee of the NPC, explained the draft Bankruptcy Law.
