系泊船舶在波浪作用下的撞击力往往是大型开敞式码头设计的控制荷载。大型船舶采用现行规范公式计算值比模型试验值小得多,主要原因是船舶附加水体影响系数Cm值过小。建议规范修订加大经费投入,采用实测参数确定Cm值。
