(二) 防守与还击1.右臂阻挡,左直拳击腹:左臂阻挡,右直拳击腹。(1) 右臂阻挡、左直拳击腹:图(1)A—B,从基本预备姿势开始,甲前进一步,击打左直拳,乙用右肘臂屈抱在头部右侧,挡住甲方左直拳,身体右转下蹲,用左直拳还击甲腹。要求:右肘臂屈抱式阻挡时,用拳的四指卷屈部份贴紧头侧,不要离开,否则将造成自震。挡住甲方直拳击打的瞬间,出击左拳击腹,目视击打目标。(2) 左臂阻挡、右直拳击腹:
