华润置地自2004年进军武汉,距今已有1O年之久。纵观华润置地在武汉的布局,已陆续开发了武汉凤凰城、武汉中央公园、武汉置地公馆、武汉橡树湾、武汉悦府、武汉紫云府等六个项目。《中国房地产金融》从华润置地2013年年报中查阅,201 3年,华润置地实现签约额663,06亿元,实现销售面积578.23万平方米,较去年同期分别增长27.0%和22.3%。显然,这已经远远超过其年初制定的销售570亿元、年增长10%的销售目标。这其中,武汉地区实现了销售签约额75.3亿元,占华润置地2013年销售额11.4%,实现销售面积98.8万平方米,占全年销售面积的17.1%。
China Resources Land marched to Wuhan since 2004, dating back over 10 years ago. Throughout the layout of China Resources Land in Wuhan, Wuhan has successively developed six projects including Phoenix City, Wuhan Central Park, Wuhan Landmark Residence, Wuhan Oak Bay, Wuhan Yuefu and Wuhan Ziyun House. China Real Estate Finance was read from the 2013 Annual Report of China Resources Land. By 2013, China Resources Land realized a contracted sales of RMB66,306 million and a sales area of 5,782,300 square meters, an increase of 27.0% and 22.3% over the same period of last year respectively. Obviously, this has far exceeded the sales target of 57 billion yuan and an annual increase of 10% set by the beginning of this year. Among them, Wuhan achieved sales of 7.53 billion yuan contract sales, accounting for China Resources Land sales in 2013 11.4%, sales area of 988,000 square meters, accounting for 17.1% of the annual sales area.
