我国民营经济近年来得到了快速发展,这与体制转轨过程中外部环境的不断优化密切相关。但与公有经济相比,民营经济的可持续发展受到了来自制度环境、经济环境、法律环境、社会环境等各种外部环境的制约,因此改善民营经济发展的外部环境对促进民营经济的健康可持续发展显得尤为重要。
