本文分析了滚筒式采煤机在截煤过程中截齿运动的规律,导出具有最大后角偏移量的截齿位置与滚筒直径的关系,推证出截齿后缘不碰煤壁的临界曲线是一渐开线,以及求出截齿一理想的最大切削厚度。
This paper analyzes the law of pick movement of drum shearer during coal cutting and derives the relationship between the pick position and the drum diameter with the maximum relief angle. It is proved that the trailing edge of pick does not touch the critical of coal wall The curve is an involute curve and the ideal maximum cutting thickness for the pick.
