随着现代企业制度的建立,企业的资产构成、领导体制、经营机制、管理制度、分配制度等方面都将发生很大变化。面对这种新情况,如何按照十四届四中全会精神,改进和加强企业党的工作,不仅是各级党组织的首要任务,而且是保证企业社会主义方向的头等大事。从理论和实践的结合上探讨这一问题,我认为应抓好以下几个方面:一要加强企业党委班子的建设。建立现代企业制度,要求党委不仅要具备思想政治工作和群众工作的能力,更要具备领导企业生产经营工作的能力。只有这样,才能有效地参与企业重大问题决策,切实发挥政治核心作用。为此,企业党委在班子建设中,一要把选好,厂长、书记作为班子建设的重点。主要领导一般应经过党政两种工作岗位的锻炼,具备党政工作的双重素质。二要优化党委班子的结构,在班子中充实符合条件的党员行政领导;同时,建立一个有利于优秀人才脱颖而出的用人机制。三要积极理顺党政关系,改善党委构成的任职形式,
