2014年3月9日,习近平总书记提出了“严以修身、严以用权、严以律己,谋事要实、创业要实、做人要实”。“三严三实”既是广大地税干部正心修身的思想守则,也是干事创业的行动指南,体现了内在自觉与外在约束的辩证统一。落实好总书记“三严三实”要求,关键和首要的是要严以修身,培养高尚情操。严以修身,顾名思义,就是要修养身心,努力提高自身的思想道德修养水平。怎么样才能做到严以修身?
