一九七九年,五位中国历史上第一批中国书法篆刻专业研究生,从各地会聚西湖之畔的浙江美院,开始了他们的研学生涯,同时也揭开了中国书法高等教育新的一页。五人的艺术个性十分不同,后来的经历和发展也各相殊异,但他们在各自的艺术道路上涉深履远,都达到一定的高度,为中国书法创作和教育背负使命,作出贡献。作为五人中思想最活跃的一员,邱振中的道路早已超出一般的书法而步入当代艺术诸多实验的领域。在他众多的艺术活动中,书法不仅是一种观赏的对象,而且是被作为日常的方式、生活的方式、反思与批判着的方式,展现文化思者的力度和诗性艺者的锐意。在他的勤于思考又扑朔迷离的笔耕里,我们曾反反复复地经受书艺及其观赏方式的挑战。邱振中乐此不疲,一次次地把我们带向感受力
In 1979, the first graduate students of Chinese calligraphy and seal cutting in the five Chinese history started their research career from the Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts where they all converged on the banks of the West Lake. Meanwhile, they also opened a new one in higher education of Chinese calligraphy page. The artistic personalities of the five individuals are very different, and their experiences and developments are different from each other. However, they have reached a certain height in their own artistic ways and have made great contributions to the mission and creation of Chinese calligraphy. As one of the five most active members of his thinking, Qiu’s path has gone beyond the usual calligraphy and has entered many fields of contemporary art. Among his numerous artistic activities, calligraphy is not only an object of appreciation, but also an instrument of daily life, a way of life, a way of reflection and criticism, and a demonstration of the power of cultural scholars and poetic artists.
