目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(Vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)、表皮生长因子受体(Epidermal growthfactor receptor,EGFR)和乳腺癌易感基因-1(Breast cancer susceptibility gene-1,BRCA-1)在非小细胞肺癌(Non-small cell lungcancer,NSCLC)中的表达及其意义。方法采用SP免疫组化染色法检测44例NSCLC组织切片中VEGF、EGFR和BRCA-1的表达情况。结果在NSCLC中,VEGF和EGFR的表达率分别为47.73%(21/44)和79.55%(35/44),BRCA-1的表达率为50%(22/44),VEGF和EGFR的表达在不同性别、年龄、组织学类型、淋巴结转移和吸烟情况中差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在不同临床分期差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);BRCA-1表达在上述各临床病理特征中差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但BRCA-1与VEGF的表达呈正相关(r=0.501,P=0.001);VEGF与EGFR、EGFR与BRCA-1的表达无相关性(P值分别为0.344和0.147)。结论 VEGF、EGFR、BRCA-1与NSCLC的发生发展密切相关,对判断NSCLC的预后及治疗有一定的参考意义。
Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and Breast cancer susceptibility gene-1 (BRCA-1) The expression and its significance in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
