210例正常儿童脑电图描记表明,α波随年龄增长而逐渐增多,而慢波随年龄增长而减少,至14岁具有成人脑电图。作者认为,存在癫痫潜在因素者出现阵发性高波幅单一及3次/秒棘慢波综合的可能性比正常儿童高得多。而4~7岁儿童最易诱发慢波,在118例闪光刺激诱发试验中无1例暴发性慢波,此点与文献报告不同。同正常成人比较,正常儿童对声刺激几乎不能诱发α波完全抑制,而无改变现象较正常成人出现率高。
210 normal children’s electroencephalogram showed that the α wave gradually increased with age, while the slow wave decreased with age, up to the age of 14 with adult EEG. The authors conclude that there is a high probability of paroxysmal high amplitude single and 3 times / second spike and slow wave synthesis in potential epileptic potential patients is much higher than normal children. However, children aged 4 to 7 years were the most likely to have slow waves. There was no one outbreak of slow waves in 118 cases of flash stimuli, which was different from the literature. Compared with normal adults, normal children almost can not be induced by acoustic stimulation α wave completely inhibited, while no change in the incidence of higher than normal adults.
