研究了加速冷却时的板坯加热温度、终轧温度及卷取温度对10CrSiNiCu钢热轧板的组织和性能的影响,用多元线性回归法对试验数据进行了分析,得到一组经验公式。研究发现,降低板坯加热温度、终轧温度或卷取温度能明显提高10CrSiNiCu钢的强度和低温韧性,其中卷取温度对热轧板力学性能的影响最大。通过加速冷却,可以在不降低该钢强度的前提下,降低碳当量以改善该钢的韧性和塑性
The effects of slab heating temperature, finishing temperature and coiling temperature on the microstructure and properties of 10CrSiNiCu hot-rolled steel during accelerated cooling were studied. The experimental data were analyzed by multivariate linear regression analysis, and a set of empirical formulas were obtained. The study found that reducing the slab heating temperature, finishing temperature or coiling temperature can significantly improve the strength and low temperature toughness of 10CrSiNiCu steel, of which the coiling temperature has the greatest effect on the mechanical properties of the hot-rolled sheet. By accelerated cooling, the carbon equivalent can be reduced to improve the toughness and ductility of the steel without reducing the strength of the steel
