行政事业单位的国有资产是一种非经营性国有资产,与国有企业的经营性国有资产有所不同。长期以来,人们偏重于对经营性国有资产的管理,而对行政事业单位的巨额国有资产却疏于监管,导致行政事业单位国有资产流失严重。本文将着重对行政事业单位固定资产管理存在的问题进行分析,并提出解决问题的意见。
