改革开放的十年间,我国的出版事业出现了前所未有的繁荣局面。出版物品种增多,出版队伍扩大,一批重大出版工程相继问世。1979年到1988年,出版社从200多家增加到502家(1989年底又增加到536家),增加一倍多;年出书品种从17212种增加到65962种,增加283％。这十年的出书总数占建国40年出书总数的45％;其总印数占40年总印数的49.2％。光这几个数字就能说明十年的出版成绩是巨大的,值得在新中国的出版史上大书一笔。但是,冷静地全面分析情况,又会发现
During the ten years of reform and opening up, the publishing industry in our country has seen unprecedented prosperity. Increasing variety of publications, publishing team to expand, a number of major publishing projects have come out. From 1979 to 1988, the number of publishing houses increased from more than 200 to 502 (up to 536 at the end of 1989), more than doubled; the number of book titles increased from 17212 to 65,962, an increase of 283%. The total number of books published in this decade accounted for 45% of the total number of books published in the 40 years of the founding of the People’s Republic of China; its total number of prints accounted for 49.2% of the total number printed in 40 years. The light of these figures can explain the publication of the achievements of ten years is huge, it is worth in the history of new China’s big book.
