本试验研究甘蔗诱变群体的变异程度和广义遗传力。用2、4和6kR γ射线照射“Co-1148”的休眠单芽苗,每组处理100个单芽苗(A组)。单芽苗用1×10~(-3)M、5×10~(-3)M和1×10~(-2)M甲基磺酸乙酯(EMS)(B组)和用叠氮化钠(SA)溶液(C组)浸24小时,每组处理100个单芽苗。种植“Co-1148”דUnkown”(GC)和“Co-1148”(敏感)דCos-767”(抗性)的幼苗(D组)。
This study investigated the degree of variation and general heritability of sugarcane mutagenic groups. Single buds of “Co-1148” dormant shoots were irradiated with 2, 4 and 6 kR γ-rays, and 100 single shoots were treated in each group (group A). Single sprouts were treated with 1 × 10 -3 M, 5 × 10 -3 M and 1 × 10 -2 M methylmethanesulfonate (EMS) (group B) Sodium chloride (SA) solution (Group C) was immersed for 24 hours and each group treated 100 single shoots. Seedlings of “Co-1148” × “Unkown” (GC) and “Co-1148” (Sensitive) × “Cos-767” (resistant) were planted (Group D).
