为适应小城镇建设的需要，确保小城镇的良好生态环境，对小城镇的特点，小城镇园林绿地系统规划的原则与布局进行了探讨。并对规划编制与实施中的几个相关问题进行了讨论。
To meet the needs of the construction of small towns and ensure the good ecological environment of small towns, the characteristics of small towns and the principles and layout of the systematic planning of small urban green space were discussed. Several issues related to planning and implementation were discussed.
