一、民营科技企业发展中的主要问题 (1)融资渠道不畅,资金严重不足,这已成为制约产业化发展的一大障碍。民营科技企业,特别是直接从事高科技产业的企业,由于创新机制和市场机制的驱动,必须有高投入,才有高产出,也才能立于不败之地。上海民管科技企业用于科技开发的费用,1993年达6.28亿元,1994年又增加到8.64亿元,分别占当年技工贸销售额的7.2％和6.8％,这一比率大大高于一般的工业企业。保持如此高比率
I. Main problems in the development of private technology companies (1) Poor financing channels and serious shortage of funds have become a major obstacle to the development of industrialization. Private technology companies, especially those directly engaged in high-tech industries, must be driven by high innovations and market mechanisms to achieve high output and to remain invincible. The cost of science and technology development for Shanghai civilian management science and technology enterprises reached 628 million yuan in 1993, and increased to 864 million yuan in 1994, accounting for 7.2% and 6.8% of sales in the year of technology, industry, and trade respectively. This ratio is much higher than the general Industrial company. Keep such a high ratio
