《中国共产党党校工作条例》明确指出:“教学是党校的中心工作,党校一切工作都要围绕教学工作进行,为完成教学任务、提高教学质量服务。”党校教师有其自身的特殊性,要做好一名党校教师,只有不断学习,不断更新知识,不断创新教学方法,在教学过程中充分运用现场式教学、案例式教学、菜单式教学、情景模拟式教学等方法,才能取得理想的教学效果,才能提升党校教学的针对性和实效性,也才能适应新形势对干部教育培训工作的新要求。
