针对教育部提出的“推动地方本科高校向应用技术型大学转型发展”的战略,新建地方本科高校汉语言文学专业培养模式要进行与时俱进的改革。以泉州师范学院的汉语言文学专业为例,其中“师范方向”的培养目标可由原先的培养合格的中学语文教师逐步过渡到主要培养合格的小学语文教师的轨道上来。“高级文员方向”的培养目标则向培养具备“应用性”“服务性”“创新性”“技能型”“综合性”等特征的复合型人才方向调整。
In response to the strategy put forward by the Ministry of Education to “promote the transformation of local undergraduate colleges to applied technology-based universities”, the reform of cultivating Chinese language and literature in newly-established local undergraduate colleges should be carried out in keeping with the times. Taking the Chinese language and literature major of Quanzhou Normal University as an example, the training target of “Normal Direction” can be gradually transited from the original qualified middle school Chinese teachers to the main track of cultivating qualified primary language teachers. The training goal of “senior clerk direction” is to cultivate the composite talents with the characteristics of “application”, “service”, “innovation”, “skill”, “comprehensiveness” Direction adjustment.
