在以往的传统体育教学中,我们常常将课堂模式局限于“理论讲解—示范练习—自由练习—课堂总结”这一规规矩矩的结构和模式。这种课堂模式在一定程度上规范了体育课堂的组织和纪律,但是也凸显了对学生和课堂限制过死,使学生产生了厌烦心理,从而影响了课堂质量。而现代教育学强调注重学生的个性发展,因此,我们的任务不只是指导学生掌握锻炼身体的方法,更重要的是引导他们养成终身体育运动的良好习惯。鉴于此,笔者特此总结多年的初中体育教学实践经验并陈列于此,供大家参考学习。
In the traditional teaching of physical education, we often confine the classroom model to the structure and mode of “rule-explaining - demonstration practice - free practice - classroom summary”. This classroom model to some extent regulate the organization and discipline of physical education classroom, but also highlights the restrictions on students and classroom dead, students are annoyed, thus affecting the quality of the classroom. Modern pedagogy emphasizes student personality development. Therefore, our task is not only to guide students to master the methods of exercise, but more importantly to guide them to develop good habits of lifelong physical exercise. In view of this, I hereby summarize many years of junior high school PE teaching experience and show here, for your reference learning.
