阿苯达唑是一种广谱驱虫药,近年来用于治疗脑囊虫病取得了满意疗效·多数作者认为此药作用缓慢,毒副作用轻·我们从1983年以来用阿苯达唑治疗脑囊虫病患者105例,有2例发生过敏性休克,报告如下。例1 患者王某,女,59yr.因周身皮下结节1年余伴头痛半年于1986年3月25日入院,有食米猪肉史。查体:神清,各组颅神经未见异常,颈无强直,头、颈,腹及上肢触及皮下结节70余个,约黄豆大小,质硬无粘连,皮下结节活检证实为猪囊虫
Albendazole is a broad-spectrum deworming drug that has been shown to achieve satisfactory efficacy in the treatment of cerebral cysticercosis in recent years. Most authors consider the drug to be slow and have mild side effects.
