报道了利用生物技术,从具正常细胞质的优良自交系5003体细胞中,选出细胞质雄性不育(CMS)突变无性系(编号:92-1A)的初步结果。多年对92-1A分析表明,92-1A的不育性是稳定遗传的核质互作型,不育性的恢复是受1对显性核基因所控制,不育性可由反B保持、由E28恢复。92-1A在抗大、小斑病和与E28的配合力上,保持或略优于亲本5003。
The preliminary results of a cytoplasmic male sterile (CMS) mutant clone (No. 92-1A) selected from the elite inbred 5003 somatic cells with normal cytoplasm were reported using biotechnology. The analysis of 92-1A over many years showed that the sterility of 92-1A was a stable inheritance of nuclear cytoplasm. The restoration of sterility was controlled by a pair of dominant nuclear genes, and sterility was maintained by anti-B E28 recovery. 92-1A remained or slightly better than the parental 5003 in resistance to large and small spot disease and the combining ability with E28.
