“我在浙江大学学习收获颇丰,更新了知识体系,开阔了眼界,结识了各专业优秀青年人才,让我有一种豁然开朗之感.”2020年11月9日,回忆一年前作为“西部之光”访问学者到浙江大学研修的经历,韩冰感慨万千.rn“西部之光”访问学者培养,是中组部、教育部、科技部、中科院联合实施的一项人才培养计划,主要是选派西部地区中青年专家赴国内一流高等院校、科研院所和发达地区进行为期一年的研修.宁夏自2004年起被纳入实施范围,目前已选派了17批270名“西部之光”访问学者,韩冰就是其中一员.
