中国现代著名作家鲁迅、周作人和社会活动家周建人——人们称为“周氏三兄弟”或“周氏兄弟”——曾居住过的八道湾十一号宅院,坐落在北京西城。从西直门向东,西直门内大街与赵登禹路交叉口向南约一百米,路东有一条狭窄弯曲的胡同,就是八道湾胡同。沿着狭窄弯曲的胡同往东走,是十一号的西跨院,绕着院子往南,再往东,就是前公用胡同。八道湾十一号的南门也就是正门,就开在前公用胡同。鲁迅、周作人的日记、书信或文章里提到
