黑龙江石油化工厂是省石油化学工业厅所属的国家大二档企业。1960年建厂,1963年建成投产。现拥有70万吨/年常减压蒸镏、40万吨/年催化裂化、10万吨/年轻烃分离、0.2万吨/年聚丙稀等四套生产装置及6000千瓦燃煤电站等辅助单位。主要产品有汽油、柴油、石脑油、液化石油汽、聚丙烯等。建厂34年来,工厂累计实现工业总产值17亿多元,实现利税4.6亿多元,是黑龙江省财政支柱企业之一。近年来。先后荣获“无泄漏工厂”、“清洁文明工厂”、“省级先进企业”、“全国化工思想政治工作优秀
