儿童伸直型肽骨踝上骨折是十分常见的肘部骨折。临床应用的治疗方法有：（1）闭合复位加长臂管型石膏固定，皮牵引、骨牵引5～7天后复位固定。（2）透视下经皮穿刺克氏针固定。（3）切开复位内固定。这些方法均已广泛应用并获得较好疗效。我科1991～1995年，运用闭合复位加长臂
Stratified fracture of the child’s ankle is a very common elbow fracture.
