我们采用ICPQ—100型电感耦合高频等离子体光量计,对镍基高温合金中铝、钛、钼、钴、铬、锆等主量元素进行了定量分析.测定含量范围分别为0.01~12%.制备一套标准溶液,可同时测定不同牌号的高温合金中六个以上元素.实验证明,即使是组份较复杂的合金如K_(002)和K_5,也可以共用一套标样进行分析.本文还对试样处理、样品溶液的组份浓度、酸度的影响以及第三元素干扰等进行了研究.
We use ICPQ-100 inductively coupled high-frequency plasma spectrophotometer to quantitatively analyze the main elements such as aluminum, titanium, molybdenum, cobalt, chromium and zirconium in the nickel-based superalloy.The contents ranged from 0.01% to 12% A set of standard solution was prepared for the simultaneous determination of six or more elements in different grades of superalloy.It has been proved by experiment that even a more complex alloy such as K_ (002) and K_5 can be used to analyze a set of standard samples. In this paper, the sample treatment, the concentration of the sample solution, acidity and the third element interference were also studied.
