阳春三月,笔者慕名来到革命老区的阳春县河(土朗)镇云帘管理区,采访了阳春县第十一届人民代表大会代表、云帘小学校长盘海。我向他说明了来意,年届50的盘校长告诉笔者,1967年毕业于阳江师范学校后,组织上把他分配到云帘小学任教,在云帘小学度过了26年教书生涯。由于工作积极肯干,他得到组织的信任。从1982年起担任云帘小学校长。凡是到过云帘的人都有一个印象:不通路不通电的偏僻山区,经济、文化也十分落后,是个名副其实的贫穷、落后的地方。在这样恶劣的环境下,盘校长是知难而上坚持在山区工作,还是求调动、图享乐呢?他说,
