近年来我国的市场经济发展十分迅速,对人才的要求也逐渐提升。会计行业是我国的经济发展中不可缺少的重要部分,因此,在对会计专业人才的培养方面要做出相应的改革,以便于适应社会的发展。当前我国的会计专业人才培养中面临着诸多的挑战。本文主要对新形势下会计专业人才培养进行了分析,并提出了相应的建议,希望为我国的会计专业人才培养提供有益帮助。
In recent years, the market economy in our country has developed rapidly and the demand for qualified personnel has also been gradually raised. Accounting industry is an indispensable and important part in the economic development of our country. Therefore, corresponding reform should be made in the training of accounting professionals in order to adapt to the development of society. At present, China’s accounting professionals face many challenges. This article mainly analyzes the training of accounting professionals in the new situation and puts forward corresponding suggestions in the hope of providing useful help for the training of accounting professionals in our country.
