研究了Si3N4-ZrO2复合材料在高温高应力条件下的抗氧化能力。结果表明:(1)Si3N4-ZrO2复合材料的抗氧化性主要取决于表面状态和ZrN的生成量;当表面有较多的ZrN(超过40%)时,在高温下氧化很快进行,并渗透到内部;当表面有一层Si2N2O或者无ZrN时,其氧化程度很轻。(2)Si3N4-ZrO2材料具有较强的抗热冲击能力和抗高温压应力能力。
The oxidation resistance of Si3N4-ZrO2 composites under high temperature and high stress was studied. The results show that: (1) The oxidation resistance of Si3N4-ZrO2 composites depends mainly on the surface state and the amount of ZrN. When there are more ZrN (over 40%) on the surface, the oxidation proceeds rapidly at high temperature and penetrates To the interior; when the surface has a layer of Si2N2O or no ZrN, its oxidation is very light. (2) Si3N4-ZrO2 material has strong thermal shock resistance and high temperature stress capacity.
