目前,业务流程再造已经得到企业的深入实践和运用,并取得了积极的成效。但是,我们必须清醒地看到,依然有相当一部分人过多地注重研究分析其流程设计、信息技术等方面,却忽视了业务流程再造对于企业组织结构中人的行为进行调整、控制等方面。本文结合企业的实际,探讨了企业业务流程再造的含义,并对其评价指标及其效益进行了分析,深入研究了企业业务流程再造的重要意义与作用。
At present, business process reengineering has been deeply applied and practiced by enterprises, and has achieved positive results. However, we must be soberly aware that quite a few people still pay too much attention to researching and analyzing aspects of their process design and information technology, while neglecting business process reengineering to adjust and control human behavior in the organizational structure of enterprises. This paper discusses the meaning of enterprise business process reengineering according to the reality of the enterprise, analyzes its evaluation index and its benefits, and deeply studies the significance and function of business process reengineering.
