截至8月24日,克拉玛依石化公司炼油第一联合车间Ⅰ套蒸馏装置的空气预热器经改造后运行平稳,加热炉的烟气排放温度由160℃降至120℃。据测算,仅这一项技术改造,能使这套装置每年节约燃料费用120万元。空气预热器是加热炉的一个辅助设备。它的作用是通过利用烟气温度预热空气,起到降低能耗、节能减排的目的。克石化生产运行处副处长吴思东说:“原来的空气预热器存在容易爆管、低温下易腐蚀等缺点,使用寿命较短,一般使用3年就要更换一次。”
