我厂是以320马力、140马力、120马力推土机为主导产品,同时生产冶金矿山设备及各种成套大型设备的大型企业。为了适应生产的需要,1989年引进了日本镗铣加工中心BPN—13B,加工对象为推土机后桥箱体,所用材料分别是120马力为ZG230-450,320马力为焊接件。为这台高精度、多功能的进口数控机床寻求一种使用周期长、经济而高质量的国产切削液来取代价格昂贵的进口切削液,是亟待解决的问题。我们选用了上海海营化工工贸实业公司生产的MCT-3型润滑冷却液即水基切削液,它可有效地减小摩擦,提高切削速度,延长刀具寿命,减少动力消耗,提高工件表面质量和延长使用期。 一、MCT-3型润滑冷却液的主要作用及其在日本镗铣加工中心BPN—13B上应用的效果 1.润滑作用 MCT-3型润滑冷却液有良好的润滑性能,能很好地润滑刃具及工件,减少刃具的磨损,提高表面加工精度。由于它能在切削区形成一层牢固的润滑膜,防止或减少了刀具与工件的直接接触,可有效地起到承载和减摩作
