妊娠合并完全性房室传导阻滞(CAVB)在人工心脏起搏未应用于临床之前,多需要治疗性流产以防意外。目前认为如无严重心脏病可无需此种处理。本文报告2例妊娠合并CAVB患者,并结合文献讨论。例1 31岁。患者于17岁健康查体时发现心律紊乱,但无症状。ECG示Ⅱ度—型房室传导阻滞。19岁时偶有心慌、气短。ECG示CAVB;胸片心
Pregnancy complicated with complete atrioventricular block (CAVB) before artificial heart pacing is not used in clinical practice, more need for therapeutic abortion to prevent accidents. Currently no serious treatment of heart disease is considered unnecessary. This article reports 2 cases of pregnancy complicated with CAVB patients, combined with the literature discussion.
