重视舆论监督是我们党的优良传统,党中央曾多次指示在报纸上开展批评与自我批评。近些年来,舆论监督对端正党风、匡正时弊、严肃法纪发挥了不可替代的作用,成为新闻宣传中最得人心的内容之一。尽管如此,目前新闻单位开展舆论监督仍十分困难。与社会综合类报纸比较,行业报开展舆论监督的难度更大。那么,在重重困难中,如何发挥行业报的舆论监督功能呢?1998年中国电力报新闻部开展的暗访供电营业窗口的活动,为行业报进行舆论监督找到了突破口。
