用有限元法计算了显像管玻壳结构应力、温度应力以及屏与锥封接应力,得出屏和锥玻壳封接处炸裂计算模型。经过断裂评定计算查明了炸裂的主要原因,并提出减少炸裂的基本途径。
Finite element method was used to calculate the structural stress, temperature stress and screen-cone sealing stress of the glass bulb of CRT. The calculation model of the fracture between screen and cone glass bulb was obtained. After the fracture assessment calculation to identify the main reason for the burst, and put forward to reduce the basic way of burst.
