采用索姆基(Shaffer-Hartmann-Somo-ggi)系统测定法分析各产地西洋参中碳水化合物的含量。西洋参样品经80％乙醇反复抽提、过滤,滤液用作还原糖和低聚糖的含量测定,残渣供粗多糖的含量测定。分别将滤液和残渣用稀酸水解成还原糖,测定其含量,然后换算成低聚糖和粗多糖的含量。试验结果见表。1.各产地西洋参中总糖含量为50.29～
Shaffer-Hartmann-Somo-ggi system analysis was used to analyze the carbohydrate content of American ginseng in each producing area. The American ginseng samples were repeatedly extracted and filtered by 80% ethanol. The filtrate was used as the reducing sugar and oligosaccharide content determination, and the residue was used for the determination of the crude polysaccharide content. The filtrate and the residue were respectively hydrolyzed to a reducing sugar with a dilute acid, the content was determined, and then converted into the contents of oligosaccharides and crude polysaccharides. Test results are shown in the table. 1. The total sugar content of American ginseng in each producing area is 50.29～
