目的了解并掌握新疆疾病预防控制机构人力资源现状,为进一步改善人力资源配置提供参考。方法采用描述流行病学方法分析2014年新疆疾病预防控制机构在职人员总体情况、年龄分布、工作年限、学位和专业技术职称分布。结果 2014年新疆疾病预防控制机构人力资源配置结构不合理;以35岁~年龄组为主、占41.61%,平均年龄42岁;无学位人员最多,占74.79%;初级人员最多,占52.11%;20年~工作年限人员占35.53%,平均工龄20年。结论新疆疾病预防控制机构存在人力资源总数有所缩减、编制分配不均衡、技术人员比例不达标、学历层次偏低及队伍老化等问题,应进一步强化政府职能,合理配置资源,同时应加强人才队伍建设和培养,不断完善人力资源结构。
Objective To understand and grasp the current situation of human resources in CDC in Xinjiang and provide reference for further improving the allocation of human resources. Methods The descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the overall situation, age distribution, working life, degree and professional and technical titles of incumbent CDC in 2014 in Xinjiang. Results In 2014, the structure of human resource allocation in Xinjiang CDC was irrational. It was mainly composed of people aged 35 ~ 41.61%, with an average age of 42 years. The largest number of non-degree holders was 74.79%. The junior staff accounted for 52.11% of the total. 20 years ~ working life staff accounted for 35.53%, the average length of service 20 years. Conclusions There are some problems such as the reduction of the total number of human resources in Xinjiang CDC, the unbalanced distribution of preparation, the non-compliance of the technical staff, the low level of educational background and the aging of the team. The government functions should be further strengthened and resources should be rationally allocated. At the same time, personnel should be strengthened Construction and training, and constantly improve the human resources structure.
