医院的内部管理改革已经逐渐普及到各个大小医院。医院的固定资产管理问题一直都是医院内部管理的核心问题,其主要特点是价值较高、支出较多、更新速度快等,这些特点决定了其与其它任何组织固定资产的管理不同。但是目前,国内的医院固定资产管理存在着很多问题,文章从其主要问题出发,探究应如何解决这些问题,从而达到优化医院固定资产管理的目的。
The hospital’s internal management reform has gradually spread to all sizes of hospitals. The hospital fixed assets management has always been the core issue of the hospital’s internal management. The main features of the hospital are its high value, high expenditure, and fast update speed, which determine the management of fixed assets differently from any other organization. However, at present, there are many problems in the management of fixed assets in hospitals in our country. Based on its main problems, the article explores how to solve these problems so as to optimize the management of fixed assets in hospitals.
