我厂根据苏联先进經驗,設計了一種加工鑽桿接手絲扣的自动退刀裝置。經过試驗以后証明這种裝置不但可以提高效率,減輕劳动强度,而且提高了产品質量,使加工絲扣能紧靠根部。从图1中可以看出,图1中~a为加工絲扣时的手动退刀,絲扣終点距根部有2.5—3公厘,而自动退刀时,这个距离可縮短到0.2—0.5公厘(見图1之~b)。同时用手动退刀时,在开始退刀到刀具退出时,工件要轉过120°以上,而自动退刀,工件只轉过40°左右,這樣就保証了产品質量。
According to the advanced experience of the Soviet Union, our factory designed a kind of automatic retraction device for processing the drill pipe to take over the thread. After testing proved that this device can not only improve efficiency, reduce labor intensity, but also improve product quality, so that the processing of wire buckle can close to the roots. Can be seen from Figure 1, Figure 1 ~ a for manual threading manual retraction, threaded end 2.5.5 mm from the root, and automatic retraction, the distance can be shortened to 0.2-0.5 public PCT (see Figure 1 ~ b). At the same time with manual retraction, at the beginning of the retraction to the tool exit, the workpiece to be rotated over 120 °, and automatic retraction, the workpiece only rotated about 40 °, thus ensuring product quality.
