我厂自1971年将离子氮化新工艺正式用于生产以来,对解决我厂一些薄壁高精度零件的氮化变形起了良好作用。目前二级尺寸精度的零件,离子氮化后不需任何加工即可使用。对于一级尺寸精度的零件,可在离子氮化前留少量磨量或不留磨量(在粗加工后增加消除应力的高温回火,然后精加工,最后再离子氮化),这两种办法都可达到图纸尺寸精度的要求。下面我们举两个实例来说明:
