为人民服务是马克思主义唯物史观的基本观点,全心全意为人民服务是中国共产党的根本宗旨,在实现中华民族伟大复兴的历史阶段,“三严三实”在理论与实践上回应了一个什么样的政党才能全心全意为人民服务,一个什么样的政党才能获得民心民意,一个什么样的政党才能不忘初心、继续前进。“三严三实”突出了人民主体地位,阐明了党建的首要问题与核心问题,是中国共产党加强自身建设的基本准则和目标追求,是中国共产党对全心全意为人民服务理念与内涵的深化与发展,也是当代马克思主义中国化的最新理论成果。
