我院自１９９３年２月～１９９５年２月收治２例阴茎闭合性白膜及海绵体破裂患者。受伤到就医时间分别为１０、１２小时。１例急诊手术治疗。另１例行留置尿管加压包扎，纸板固定阴茎（与躯体是垂直位）。２例均未见尿道损伤及排尿困难。随访２～１２个月。早期完全恢复勃起功能。本文就阴茎闭合性白膜及海绵体破裂的诊断及治疗结合文献加以讨论。强调多数病人需要手术治疗，少数病人如出血少，阴茎畸形不明显，无其它合并症可以保守治疗。
Our hospital from February 1993 to February 1995 were treated 2 cases of penile closed white corpus cavernosa rupture patients. Injured to seek medical treatment time was 10, 12 hours. A case of emergency surgery. Another routine indwelling catheter pressure bandage, cardboard fixed penis (with the body is vertical position). Neither urethra injury nor dysuria was found in 2 cases. Follow-up 2 to 12 months. Early complete restoration of erectile function. This article discusses the diagnosis and treatment of penile closed white membrane and cavernous rupture combined with the literature. Emphasize that most patients need surgical treatment, a small number of patients such as less bleeding, penile deformity is not obvious, no other complications can be conservative treatment.
