1985～1987年,我们承担了硬皮甜瓜一代杂种的制种工作,取得成功。通过8年的实践,基本摸索出一套甜瓜制种的技术规程,现总结如下。一、制种技术1.选地选择在10年内未种过瓜类作物的壤质土地,采用地膜覆盖栽培。2.催芽播种 4月中旬将种子用55℃的温水浸泡5～6小时后捞出,放在25～39℃左右的地方进行催芽,种子露白后即可播种。经3年试验以父本分2次播种、间隔5天,母本随同第2次父本播种时一起播效果较为理想。
From 1985 to 1987, we undertook the seed production of the first-generation hybrid melon, and succeeded. Through eight years of practice, basically developed a set of melon seed production of technical regulations, are summarized as follows. I. Seed Production Techniques 1.
