温政发[2011]53号各县(市、区)人民政府,市政府直属各单位:《温州市城乡困难居民临时救助办法》已经市人民政府同意,现印发给你们,请认真贯彻执行。二○一一年九月一日温州市城乡困难居民临时救助办法第一条为进一步完善全市社会救助体系,及时有效解决城乡居民突发性、临时性生活困难,保障困难群众合法权益,根据《浙江省人民政府关于印发浙江省城乡居民临时救助办法(试行)的通知》(浙政发[2011]4号)要求,结合我市实际,制定本办法。
