中国电工技术学会电力电子学会将于2002年11月12日在深圳召开第八届学术年会。中国电工技术学会电力电子学会成立于1980年9月,学会以西安电力电子研究所为基地,一直活跃在电力电子技术的各个领域。学会的专业领域为电力半导体器件的设计、制造工艺、专用设备、测试、可靠性分析、电子计算机应用、电力变流器的研制与应用等,学会的宗旨是团结全国从事电力电子技术科研和制造的科技人员,积极开展国内外电力电子技术交流活动,以促进我国电力电子技术的发展。学会现有会员2700余人,理事会理事81人。学会出版
