[目的]在烤烟漂浮育苗中,研究化控对壮苗和抗逆性的效果,为培育健壮无病烟苗提供科学依据。[方法]采用苗床叶面喷施的方法,于烟苗3叶期和7叶期分别喷施不同的化控物质,研究它们对烟苗生长、营养吸收和某些生理生化指标的影响。[结果]采用化控措施的烟苗在成苗时均达到了适栽壮苗要求,并且生理生化指标表现优良,增加了烟株对营养物质的吸收与利用,减少了病虫害的发生。其中处理T1[0.010 g/L 3-吲哚丁酸(3叶期喷施)+0.003 g/L多效唑(7叶期喷施)]、T4[0.010 g/L生根粉(3叶期喷施)+0.003g/L多效唑(7叶期喷施)]和T8[0.010 g/L萘乙酸(3叶期喷施)+0.010 g/L乙烯利(7叶期喷施)]综合表现最佳。[结论]通过一定的化控措施可以达到培育健壮无病、抗逆性强的烟苗的目的,为烤烟化控育苗提供理论基础和技术依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the effect of chemical control on strong seedling and stress resistance in flue-cured tobacco seedling so as to provide a scientific basis for cultivating healthy and disease-free seedling. [Method] With the method of foliar spray on seedbed, different chemical substances were sprayed at the 3rd leaf stage and the 7th leaf stage respectively to study their effects on the growth, nutrient absorption and some physiological and biochemical indexes of tobacco seedlings. [Result] The tobacco seedlings with chemical control measures reached the requirements of suitable planting and strong seedlings when they were grown, and had excellent physiological and biochemical indexes, increased the absorption and utilization of nutrients by tobacco plants, and reduced the occurrence of pests and diseases. Treatment of T1 [0.010 g / L 3-indole butyric acid (3 leaf stage spray) +0.003 g / L paclobutrazol (7 leaf stage spray)], T4 [0.010 g / ) + 0.003g / L paclobutrazol (7-leaf spraying)] and T8 [0.010 g / L NAA (3-leaf spraying) +0.010 g / L ethephon . [Conclusion] The goal of cultivating robust, disease-free and stress-resistant tobacco seedlings could be achieved through certain chemical control measures and provided the theoretical and technical basis for flue-cured tobacco seedling control.
