目前,教师专业发展已成为社会关注的焦点。新课改的顺利实施,素质教育的不断推进,亟待我们教师由“教书匠”迅速转变为“研究型”教师,成为重视教学和谐完善,重视教学反思,创新型专业发展的个体。作为一所省级示范小学,湖北省石首市文昌小学自九五年创办以来,一直十分重视校本培训,提出了师资队伍建设由“高、新、特”的目标体系向“教师专业发展”目标体系的转轨,并开展了新一轮的校本培训。
At present, the professional development of teachers has become the focus of society. The smooth implementation of the new curriculum reform and continuous improvement of quality education urgently require our teachers to quickly become teachers of “research-oriented” teaching by being “teachers”, and become individuals who attach importance to teaching harmony and improvement, emphasis on teaching reflection, and innovative professional development. As a provincial-level demonstration elementary school, Wenchang Primary School, Shishou City, Hubei Province, has always attached great importance to school-based training since its establishment in 1995. It proposes that the construction of teaching staff should be guided by the target system of “high, new and special” Professional development "target system transition, and launched a new round of school-based training.
